How can I check the status of my return?
We recommend checking the tracking information provided by your courier.
If your tracking shows that the parcel is still in transit, please allow additional time for it to reach our warehouse.
If the tracking shows the parcel has been delivered to us, please allow up to 7 working days for inspection and processing.
