Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers are entitled to cancel an order placed through Subcold’s website or by telephone within 30 days from the date of delivery.
You must first give written notice to Subcold that you wish to cancel your order and arrange a return. To do this, simply contact us by email at sales@subcold.com.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:
Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Be unused and in their original condition
Be returned in the original packaging
Include all accessories provided with the product (including keys, shelves, door pockets and power leads)
Please include your original delivery address and order number inside the package so we can identify and process your return.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received, all returned items will be inspected.

Requiring cleaning
Non-returnable items

Personalised products made specifically for you
