What should I do if I want a different item?

If you would like a different model, colour, size, or product and your item is eligible for return under our Returns Policy, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You can then place a new order for the item you would like instead.
