How do I return my items?

Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return your item within the first 30 days of delivery, subject to the returns policy of the retailer where the order was purchased.

How to Return

1. Visit our Self-Return Portal

2. Enter your order number and email address

3. Select the items you wish to return

4. Choose your reason for return

5. Print your prepaid return label

6. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

7. Drop off at your nearest courier location

Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.
