Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it without any issue.
If your order has already been dispatched and you contact us on the same day, we can try to cancel it, but we cannot guarantee this, as the parcel may already be with the courier.
If cancellation is not possible:
You can refuse the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver it, or
Accept the order and return it afterwards, with return costs covered by the customer

Can I change my delivery address?
We may be able to update your delivery address, depending on the status of your order:
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually update the address
If your order has already been dispatched, we can request a change with the courier, but this cannot be guaranteed, as the parcel may already be in transit
To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or live chat, including the correct address details.
Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Can I change the colour, size or quantity of an item?
We’re unable to modify items in an order once it has been placed.
If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can cancel the order and place a new order with the correct selection.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery or return the item after receiving it. Return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
