Standard Delivery
Available on most items within mainland UK
Estimated delivery: within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Orders must be placed before 2pm for same-day dispatch
Expedited Next Working Day Delivery
Available for £2.95
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:30pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery
Important:
Orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday
We do not deliver on weekends unless Saturday delivery has been selected
Saturday Delivery (Mainland UK Only)
Available on most items
Additional charge: £9.95
Oversized & Freight Deliveries
Some products weighing over 31kg or considered oversized require special handling and are delivered via freight service.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
The courier will contact you by text message using the mobile number provided at checkout to arrange a delivery date.
The message will include a proposed delivery date, which you will need to confirm or change if the date is not convenient.
Please ensure a valid mobile number is provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Important information:
Deliveries are made on pallets
Someone must be present to receive and inspect the delivery
Delivery is kerbside only — drivers are not required to move items inside your property
Pallets are non-returnable and must be disposed of or recycled by the customer
Delivery carriers will not remove any product packaging or collect/dispose of old appliances
Small Accessories
Lightweight accessories and smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery

Remote Area Deliveries
For certain remote locations, delivery times may differ.
