How do I track my order?

If you placed your order through our website, you can track it in your account:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Select the order you want to track

  • Click Track Shipment to view the latest courier updates

You can also track your parcel using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

If you purchased your order through a marketplace or another retailer, you can usually find your tracking details by logging into the account you used to place the order and viewing your order information there.


Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Don't worry if your tracking doesn't activate immediately.

Tracking may not update until the courier scans the parcel at their depot after collection. Once scanned, the tracking information should begin updating normally.

Updates can sometimes take longer during busy periods or while the parcel is moving through the courier network.

We recommend checking the tracking link periodically for the latest courier updates.

Large Item Deliveries (Items Over 31kg)

Tracking for larger items may work slightly differently, as these products are delivered by a freight courier.

The courier will contact you directly by text message using the mobile number provided at checkout to arrange a delivery date.

If you have not received a message yet, it may be because the parcel has only recently been dispatched and has not yet reached the courier’s local depot, or because a valid mobile number was not provided at checkout.
