    The appliance should be placed on a flat, stable, and sturdy surface.

Flooring and Vibration

Hard flooring surfaces such as tiles, hardwood, or laminate can sometimes amplify normal operating vibrations.

This can make the fridge sound louder than it would on a softer or more vibration-resistant surface.
