No. Subcold ROAM batteries are currently unavailable and we do not have a confirmed date for when they will return.

Due to a technical issue, we have temporarily stopped supplying batteries for the Subcold ROAM Series until further notice.

Can I Still Use My ROAM Fridge?

Yes. The ROAM Series remains fully operational using either of the supplied power options:

• 12V DC power – using the supplied car power cable.

• 240V AC mains power – using the supplied UK mains power cable.

The battery is an optional power source and is not required for normal operation of the fridge.

Can I Order a Battery Separately?

Unfortunately, no batteries are currently available to purchase from Subcold. Our Customer Service team does not hold spare battery stock and cannot currently place orders or provide a confirmed restock date.

We therefore kindly ask customers not to contact Customer Service requesting a ROAM battery, as we are unable to supply one at this time.
