How to purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a Subcold Gift Card directly from our website by selecting a value and completing checkout.
If you are buying a gift card for someone else, simply select the option “I want to send this as a gift” before adding it to your cart. You can then enter the recipient’s details, choose a delivery date, and add a personalised message. The gift card will be sent directly to their email.
How are gift cards delivered?
All gift cards are delivered electronically by email after purchase. No physical gift card will be shipped.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Simply enter your gift card code at checkout. The value of the gift card will be applied to your order.
If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
How long is a gift card valid for?
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How to check your gift card balance
You can check your balance by opening your gift card email and clicking “View gift card”.
Additional information
You don’t need to spend the full balance in one order. Any remaining amount will stay on your gift card for future use.
